Sister City Synopsis
LESLIE WELCOMES THE PARKS DEPARTMENT OF PAWNEE’S SISTER CITY—FRED ARMISEN (“SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE”) GUEST STARS—Leslie (Amy Poehler) plays host to the Parks and Recreation department from Pawnee’s sister city, Boraqua, Venezuela, and is shocked at the cultural differences. Tom (Aziz Ansari) becomes an errand boy, and April (Aubrey Plaza) plays hard to get. Rashida Jones, Paul Schneider and Nick Offerman also star.

LESLIE JUDGES A LOCAL BEAUTY PAGEANT—LOUIS C.K (“LUCKY LOUIE”) GUEST STARS—Leslie (Amy Poehler) looks forward to picking a new Miss Pawnee, but has to battle the other judges, who have a very different standard of “the ideal woman.” While on a date with Mark (Paul Schneider), Ann (Rashida Jones) learns that Andy (Chris Pratt) has been living in the pit. Aziz Ansari, Aubrey Plaza, and Nick Offerman also star.

Nick Offerman: ‘I love roles that don’t carry the main story’
The Watcher’s Maureen Ryan penned a story on Nick Offerman that was published today in the Chicago Tribune.
In the article, Nick discusses where he learned the value of silence, which comes in handy for playing his Parks and Recreation character, Ron Swanson:
I had a cousin in the congregation, and I would speak with the utmost, august stoicism, and everyone would think I was a very effective speaker. But he knew I was being facetious. He’d get in trouble for cracking up.
Nick, who knew Amy Poehler when they both lived in Chicago in the mid-90s, adds that supporting characters are his favorite to play:
I love roles that don’t carry the main story usually but are kind of bizarre. It’s like, entrees are the most important part of a meal, but you really appreciate the cilantro when it shows up.

In an effort to catch the people responsible, they pull an all-night stakeout. With Leslie’s permission, Ann (Rashida Jones) decides to go on a date with Mark (Paul Schneider). After fending off rumors of a Hawaiian wedding, Anna Faris and her actor beau Chris Pratt now can say they've tied the knot. "Anna Faris and Chris Pratt were married in a small ceremony in Bali on July 9," the actress's rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.
